Digital Products
All products sold by CatoesWeldingFabrication are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally considered final.
No Refunds After Download
Once a digital product, CNC manual, or downloadable file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order
- The purchased file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- You did not receive the product due to a technical issue on our side
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Please ensure that the product meets your requirements and is compatible with your intended use.
Unauthorized Sharing
Refunds will not be issued for violations involving unauthorized distribution, sharing, copying, or resale of our digital products.
